S-AFC RPM fix (rev B) corrects the RPM signal coming from the ECU so it can be used with devices that require a TTL RPM signal (such as the A'Pexi Super AFC). This circuit works with the 3rd Generation Mitsubishi Eclipse GT model only. Use pin 11 instead of pin 45 or you will fry the circuit.
